We want your business Aussie wide but our website is not equipped for ordering online. Ordering for customers who are unable to visit the store maybe safely done by telephone during business hours. Please call us anytime and if we're closed leave a message and we will always call you back. We safely deliver anywhere in Australia and have 30yrs experience in doing so. Acceptance of all phone orders is entirely at the discretion of The Guitar Lounge. You will be provided with an email confirmation of your order and your receipt.

The Guitar Lounge 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee
For long distance customers who are unable to visit the store we offer you a 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee (conditions apply, see below). This means you get 10-days from the day your goods are delivered to satisfy yourself with your purchase. 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee is available ONLY on stringed instruments, amplifiers for stringed instruments and Passport PA systems and only when requested and authorised by The Guitar Lounge at the time of payment. The 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee does NOT apply to personal shoppers unless authorised at the time of purchase. We insist you are happy with your purchase and the way it plays and sounds and we are so confident about the quality of our stock we are able to make this offer. If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return something please always call us first and ask for a Return Authority. Goods returned will NOT be accepted without a current Return Authority.  
Goods must be returned in original condition with all original accessories, documentation and in the original packaging (so make sure you keep the box). Copy of original receipt must be supplied and goods must be returned at customers expense. Goods may be exchanged, part exchanged or refunded in full. Our goal is to make you happy.

Prices, Payment and Delivery
The prices and products advertised on this site are the Australian distributors recommended retail price (RRP) and include GST. Prices shown do not include delivery or post unless clearly stated. Orders are only accepted where an Australian address is given for delivery. We deliver Australia wide. All items we deliver are very very securely packed and safe delivery is 100% guaranteed. You will get your goods...safe and sound...guaranteed. 
Items up to 1m in length and under 20kgs in weight maybe delivered by Australia Post. These posted items may in some instances require pickup from your nearest Australia Post Office. A signature maybe required by the person to whom the goods are addressed. Items not delivered by Australia Post will travel by a common carrier or courier (only the best quality carriers are used). In this case we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to sign for the goods in order to confirm delivery. This may need to be done at anytime during business hours generally between 8am-6pm. A work address is also OK. Goods will not be left if not signed for and an extra delivery charge will result if a redelivery is required. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon signed delivery to the given address. Full payment for all orders to be delivered must be made at the time the order is placed.

We accept VISA and Mastercard for phone orders (or instore orders). We do not accept AMEX. Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit is also accepted but this will result in additional processing time of your order. Goods will only be shipped once payment in full shows up on our bank statement as cleared funds.
If more than one item is ordered, items may not be delivered simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request.

Most products on this website are generally in stock or available for shipping to the customer within days of receipt of order and payment. We will advise you of the stock status of your item of choice at the time of ordering.

Please note that as all items on this website are imported certain products in certain colours etc may need to be ordered from our suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability. If this results we will inform you of the situation and keep you updated if and when further information comes to hand.
All new products are sold with the distributor/suppliers limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Used goods carry no warranty unless specified by The Guitar Lounge. Warranty service is generally available in every State and Territory so please call for the contact details of your nearest warranty service provider. Please always call us for instructions if you have a warranty or service issue. Do not simply return goods to us.

Pictures herein are illustrations only and actual product may differ from the picture shown.

Refunds Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not simply refund for change of mind. We will however exchange goods within 7-days for personal shoppers. Freight (as a component of the sale price) will not be considered in exchange value. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase if you wish to exchange goods.
