SHIPPING POLICY

We offer fast, reliable insured shipping generally through both TNT and Couriers Please (depending on your location).

Safe delivery to you is our prime concern and is guaranteed. Please note we are unable deliver to PO boxes.

We can deliver to your nominated home or work address but we will need someone to sign for goods upon delivery. Deliveries by and large are completed during business hours from 9am-5pm.

Delivery times are at the discretion of the carrier chosen and we have no control over this timing. Generally couriers do not call ahead to advise your delivery time.

If you are not home when delivery is attempted the goods will be returned to us in Sydney and you will be charged for a redelivery. Please make sure someone is home or nominate as address where this is less likely to be an issue ie: work address, a relative or trusted friend etc.

All items are inspected, tested and optimised prior to transit. All items are professionally packed and usually shipped in their original shipping cartons the same way we originally received them

from our suppliers. All items are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order being placed but may take from 2-10 business days to be delivered depending on your location.

We will provide tracking information for your shipment via email.

RETURNS POLICY

All goods sold carry an Australia wide warranty supplied by the manufacturer or distributor.

Some items may carry an international warranty.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. A refund would only be offered if goods were faulty and could not be repaired or replaced under the manufacturers warranty.

If you believe you have a warranty issue please always contact us first before returning your goods.

If you are unhappy with your purchase we do offer a 7-day exchange on goods instock of equal or greater value.

In order to be eligible for exchange the returned product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in anyway with all the original manuals, paperwork, accessories and plastic protective coatings in place.
